Saying goodbye to 2020, what an amazing feeling! With classes ending all of the students were able to take a break for themselves and allow your body to rest. Now that the break is over it's time to get back to work. It's time to start focusing on the last semester of graduate school. To kick things off with school we began our studies with a module focusing on the Endocrine and Reproductive system. It was very interesting to learn more about diabetes and the different drugs that are related to it. It's a very unfortunate thing that effects so many people. That correlation to the community allowed me to put faces with a newly learned disease. I was able to do well on my test and I look forward to the rest of the semester. Not only am I looking forward to learning more about diseases and drugs, but I am also looking forward to spending time volunteering.

Just this month, I returned to one of my favorite spots, Crescent City Farmers Market. Rain or sunshine, the farmers still show up with all of their preorders from the loyal locals who choose to shop and support local farmers and businesses weekly. Today I was able to provide help to a local vendor who had several orders, but was unfortunately passing out those orders alone.
